Job summary

A leading industry firm in Gauteng is looking for an experienced PA to provide secretarial support to the sales department. The role involves managing market share reports, producing sales graphs, supporting the sales director, and arranging travel. Successful candidates will have over 5 years of experience, strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP are essential.

Overview

Job Title: PA

Location: Springs, Gauteng (Office-based role)

Main Job Purpose: To perform secretarial functions and provide support to the sales department, make travel arrangements, time keeping etc.

Assist the sales team with sales related data manipulation and preparing the data in excel.

Determine the company's market share by manipulating information received from SARS.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and produce Company's market share for circulation to PFG and PG Group Executive Team by sourcing information from external & internal sources.
  • Produce daily graphs on volume for prior, actual, budget and sales to ensure accurate sales reporting, by extracting information from SAP BW.
  • Consolidate sales reports on information received from various members of sales team for Executive reporting.
  • Support sales director by effectively planning and coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings to allow team members to carry out work effectively.
  • Maintain time reporting and update SAP HR by clearing exceptions on the system SAP HR Production to ensure that employees are remunerated correctly.
  • Arrange travel itineraries for domestic and international travel requirements.
  • Maintain and update BI databases for various sales related reports.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Qualification(s): Grade 12; Secretarial / Administration / Business Administration tertiary qualification Knowledge; Advanced Microsoft Office; SAP HR and BW; Relevant secretarial or administrative knowledge.
