A dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the construction sector is seeking a capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support both the Managing Director and a Non-Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring these senior leaders operate efficiently, with seamless administrative and organisational support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level assistance to both directors
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain structure and organisation in day-to-day operations
  • Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on director action items
