  • Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and take accurate minutes.
  • Coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain office logistics.
  • Manage expense claims, leave plans, and payroll approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Overview

Business Segment : Personal & Private Banking

Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street

To provide end-to-end secretarial support to an Executive(s) by acting as the first point of contact to ensure all administrative requirements are handled within the required timeframes and standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Office Administration required; Public Relations diploma preferred.

5-7 years supporting senior executives in complex administrative roles.

Proven skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and managing high-volume diaries and correspondence.
