Responsibilities
  • Act responsibly with work‑related resources to contribute to cost containment.
  • Effectively plan and schedule manager's activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery within the area.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request development where appropriate.
  • Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards, procedures, and compliance and governance standards.
  • Deliver on contracted performance objectives according to set procedures and agreed service level agreements.
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.
  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence, building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
  • Certificate (NQF 5) or Diploma or Degree in administration or related field preferred.
  • 3 + years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
