Position Type: Full-Time

Dura Equipment Sales, a leading name in the earthmoving and heavy machinery industry, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and accounting skills, with hands‑on experience using Sage or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional administrative and personal support to management.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and financial record‑keeping.
  • Capture and reconcile financial data using Sage or an equivalent accounting system.
  • Assist with internal reporting, expense tracking, and document management.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Sage, Pastel, or other accounting software.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite essential).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English.
