Job description

Personal Assistant position available in Boksburg. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the Director.

Location: Jet Park, Boksburg.

Salary: R per month (depending on experience).

Job Type: Full‑time, On‑site.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Manage the Director's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are well organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with basic office management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members in a professional manner.
  • Support the Director with ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong background in administration and office coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
