Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO with day‑to‑day operations, ensuring effective time management, smooth communication, and confidential handling of information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project management and follow‑ups on key deliverables.
  • Support in preparing for meetings (agendas, minutes, action items).
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or C‑Suite leadership.
  • Familiarity with the paint industry will be an advantage.
