A management consulting firm in Cape Town is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant and Office Administrator. This role supports the leadership team with administrative tasks, travel coordination, and office management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This role requires onsite presence in Cape Town with flexible working hours.

Our continued growth in both South Africa and the UK has created the need for a professional, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant and Office Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure seamless office operations.
This role combines executive assistance and office management.
You will provide direct support to the Directors in South Africa and the UK, handle day-to-day administrative operations, and ensure the smooth running of the office environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior executives (MD / CEO / Director level).
Experience within the financial services or professional consulting environment advantageous.
Technical & Professional Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Trello .
Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving ability.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license .
Calm under pressure and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Approachable and professional with a strong sense of initiative.
Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling sensitive information.
