Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the company director in a fast‑paced environment – servicing international project management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative and organisational support to the company director
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements and meetings
  • Maintain and organise digital filing systems (Google Drive and Microsoft)
  • Draft, edit and format documents, emails and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
  • Capture expenses and raise invoices
  • Liaise with accountants to submit monthly documents and information
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks and problem‑solving as required
  • Attend all meetings, review AI‑generated minutes and distribute to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Valid driver’s licence
