Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO (Remote | South Africa) – Part‑time to start, moving to full‑time

You are the CEO's right hand— an extension of his mind and priorities. You don't wait for direction; you define what needs to happen, create briefs, research thoroughly, and see tasks through to perfection. You love learning, think critically, and get a genuine kick out of solving complex problems fast. You're organised to a fault, professionally assertive, and understand that "done" isn't enough — it has to be done brilliantly.

What You'll Do
  • Act as an extension of the CEO: take raw ideas, voice notes, and scattered conversations and turn them into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Communicate effectively: work with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure results align with the vision.
  • Operate independently: anticipate needs, identify gaps, and create your own tasks and processes that move goals forward—without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Conduct advanced research: everything from international tax and legal frameworks to marketing trends, competitor landscapes, and business opportunities – utilising AI (especially ChatGPT) to extract, interpret, and present insight concisely.
  • AI‑driven productivity: suggest and implement automations or AI tools to enhance the CEO's efficiency across personal and professional workflows.
  • Contract and document oversight: review agreements, proposals, and materials with precision and professionalism.
  • Organisation & management: oversee reminders, follow‑ups, and task management across the team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Creative problem‑solving: help conceptualise new business ideas, systems, and strategies—bringing a sharp, curious, and innovative mind to the table.
  • Flexible work ethic: you’ll work when needed—sometimes outside typical hours—to ensure momentum never slows.
What You Bring
