A dynamic digital agency is seeking an Account Manager / Pod Manager for their Cape Town office, responsible for managing performance media campaigns. This role involves acting as a key link between South African delivery teams and a UK agency partner, ensuring campaign delivery and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in digital management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This hybrid position offers a salary between R35,000 and R45,000 CTC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital account management or campaign delivery.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience in managing multiple deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the communication bridge between UK account managers and local delivery team.
• Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee daily workflow within the pod ensuring quality standards are met.
• Review and consolidate performance reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Champion process consistency and continuous improvement within the pod.
