Overview

Are you a data-driven marketer who gets excited about turning clicks into customers? Syntech is seeking a motivated and meticulous Performance Marketing Specialist to own our paid advertising strategy across a diverse range of platforms.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will weave together data insights, strategic planning, & creative testing to optimise CPM, CPC, CPO, & other costs while maximising ROI. You'll deploy campaigns across an omnichannel landscape that includes paid socials, Google ads, B2B / B2C, ecommerce, & retail media across several core markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own the paid advertising strategy across a diverse range of platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-informed planning, testing, and optimisation of CPM, CPC, CPO, and other costs to maximise ROI.
  • Deploy campaigns across an omnichannel landscape including paid social, Google Ads, B2B / B2C, ecommerce, and retail media in multiple core markets.
  • Balance planning, iterative testing, diligent execution, partner management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager, the marketing department, Retail Sales teams, and customers.
  • Contribute to growth opportunities by launching campaigns in new markets, implementing integrated reporting dashboards, and exploring innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
