Overview
Performance Marketing Manager
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm (Hybrid - In office 2 days per week)
Location: Observatory, Cape Town
Salary: R45,000 - R55,000 p/m depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy, building, optimisation, tracking, reporting, as well as laying the foundation to grow the paid media department.
- 85% Social Paid Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management.
- Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance).
- Monthly media planning.
- Troubleshooting paid ads issues.
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Looker Studio.
- Onboarding new paid ads accounts.
- Ad copy editing/reviewing.
- Campaign budget management/tracking.
- Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads.
Qualifications & Skills
- Facebook/Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years).
- Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years).
- LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google).
- Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar).
- Looker Studio.
- Google Analytics.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels.
- Asana Project Management Tool (or similar).
- Core capabilities: Paid Media Strategy, Paid Media Management, Strong Project Management, eCommerce Growth Strategy, Target Audience Setup, Tracking Setup, Ad Copy Editing, Reporting & Analyzing Data, Team Management, Thoughtful, Candid & Open Communication.
