Role Overview

We're looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid media and growth marketing efforts. You'll lead strategy and execution across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, optimise spend, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Optimise performance across PPC, paid social, retargeting
• Manage budgets and deliver on CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
• Lead testing and CRO initiatives on ads and landing pages
• Report on campaign performance and insights using GA4 and Meta Analytics
• Identify and explore new growth channels

Requirements

• 3+ years in performance marketing
• Proven track record with paid media and budget ownership
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
