Requirements:

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS / ESS / ERS).
• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, performance, or learning coordination.
• Experience in Production / Manufacturing environments.
• Strong ER (Employee Relations) experience.
• HR processes and policies within the South African context.
• HR documentation and data accuracy standards.
• HRIS / ERP systems for employee information management.
• Labour law fundamentals and confidentiality protocols.
