We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a People Specialist I : Talent Acquisition.

As a People Specialist I : Talent Acquisition, you'll play a pivotal role in various aspects of human resources, including management of processes and procedures relating to bulk recruitment, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
  • Execute attraction strategies for bulk recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of bulk recruitment
  • Engage with internal stakeholders as a subject-matter expert, providing a consultancy service to guide resourcing strategies
  • Create a talent pipeline and pool to enable an effective recruitment process
  • Prioritise continuous improvement through consistent evaluation of recruitment practices
  • Monitor quality of recruits and potential candidates
  • Continuously keep abreast of and report on trends and developments
  • Identify risks and problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
  • Communicate relevant insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures to all stakeholders
  • Monthly reporting on statistics, trends and best practices
  • Actively build, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Manage client expectations and ensure effective flow of information
  • Manage end-to-end supplier and service provider relationships
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure up-to-date information is provided
  • Resolve queries from service providers timeously
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house specialist, with at least 1-year experience dealing with volume / bulk recruitment
  • Essential / Minimum : 0-5 years
  • Diploma / NQF level 5
  • Recruitment, staffing and onboarding principles, practices & procedures
  • Computer literacy - MS Office suite
