Working At Voyc

Voyc is a fast‑growing SaaS company providing innovative compliance monitoring solutions for the financial services industry. We harness advanced AI and machine learning to ensure firms can monitor and improve their customer interactions effectively. As we expand our customer base and product offering, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.

Company Values
  • Playing to win
  • Putting people over everything
  • Driving results
  • Pursuing Knowledge
  • Working together
Roles And Responsibilities

At Voyc, we’re rebuilding trust in financial services — and we know that mission starts with our people. As our People Operations Manager you’ll play a vital role in scaling a team that’s innovative, compassionate, and high‑performing. You’ll manage systems that support growth, simplify complexity, and make work feel both purposeful and fun.

This is a chance to shape the future of HR in a tech company that values impact over bureaucracy — where every initiative you lead helps make the mission real.

Your every day work will include the following:

Talent Acquisition
  • Publish job advertisements and ensure postings are reflective of the associated job description.
  • Manage incoming applications, keeping candidate records up to date and organised.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters where necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the administrative aspects of the hiring process, including tracking progress in recruitment tools.
  • Assist with new hire logistics to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
  • Ensure contractual templates are up-to-date and reflective of legal and job requirements.
Team Onboarding
  • Create and maintain new hire training curriculums and schedules.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors to ensure a successful new hire onboarding experience.
  • Assist managers with the creation of new hire immersion plans.
  • Host probation check‑in sessions between managers and new hires.
  • Manage new hire communications and HRIS setup.
  • Administer regular new hire satisfaction surveys.
Manager Enablement
  • Work with domain managers to support day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes.
  • Assist in the development of team goals and host meetings between direct reports and managers where necessary.
  • Build and support people processes and help managers stay accountable to them.
  • Provide practical HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, and people‑related queries.
Performance Management
  • Maintain a library of career tracks and job descriptions, ensuring they stay updated and aligned with company growth and manager needs.
  • Maintain feedback systems to ensure alignment with company goals and employee development.
  • Guide managers on employee performance improvement plans, where necessary.
  • Organise and deliver engaging live virtual training sessions, and support the administration of learning programmes.
Policies & Documentation
  • Maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Voyc's knowledge base in Notion.
  • Manage Voyc's company handbook and centralise documentation using Notion.
  • Maintain processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal role changes.
Operational Tools & Systems
  • Manage people operations software like Notion, Deel, and Workable to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both internal users and external contractors.
  • Maintain the accuracy of HRIS records.
  • Ensure established automations are working optimally.
  • Assist in the rolling out and reporting of quarterly eNPS surveys.
Note

At Voyc, People Operations builds and supports people processes and helps managers stay accountable to them. While managers are accountable, the People Operations function assists in ensuring processes have been followed. People Operations does not act as the voice of management, nor is the function responsible for fixing issues on behalf of managers.
