A leading global HR solutions provider in Johannesburg is looking for a People Operations Coordinator. The role involves managing daily People Operations, ensuring compliance with laws, and enhancing employee experiences. Candidates should have at least 2 years in People Operations and proficiency in Workday. The company offers a hybrid working model and various benefits, including annual leave, paid sick leave, and family leave.
Join our team and youll be responsible for executing a consistent high quality end-to-end People experience. Working in the People department you will manage all day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including promoting high engagement and stakeholder management by implementing People initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
