Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience within People logistics – transporting 50+ people and route planning.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of drivers and logistics assistants.
• Manage driver shifts, rotas, and vehicle assignments.
• Oversee daily dispatch and ensure all logs are completed accurately.
• Act as the first point of escalation for transport-related issues.
• Monitor and manage the vehicle maintenance schedule.
