You will design frameworks for Talent Management, lead Change Management interventions, and develop workforce planning models. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Organisational Development and holds a relevant HR degree. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and project management are essential for this role that may be remote.
