Qualifications

• Proven work experience in HR Administration, HR Systems, HR Operations or relevant role.
• Knowledge of UK legislation i.e. GDPR, National Minimum Wage Act.

Responsibilities

• Responding to People & Culture queries from colleagues.
• Processing new starters and managing related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Supporting employees with HRIS use.
• Maintaining existing forms, procedures, and workflows.
