About ventoré

About the Role

As a People Partner at ventoré, you’ll lead the full process of converting prospective talent into key stakeholders across our organisation. You’ll be the first face of ventoré to many of our future team members - building trust, communicating our value proposition and ultimately closing high-caliber hires.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is smart, hungry and energised by working at the intersection of talent, real estate and fintech. You’ll work closely with the Founders, Department Heads and Operations to build a world-class talent acquisition function and play a critical part in scaling a new model of ownership through the people we hire.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own the full talent acquisition funnel, from net-new outreach and proactive headhunting through to close.
  • Conduct candidate discovery calls and build trusted relationships with potential hires.
  • Communicate the culture, growth opportunities and compensation structures of ventoré clearly and credibly.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate journey from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Maintain and track pipeline performance and contribute to workforce planning and performance analysis.
  • Manage our internal recruitment tools and documentation to ensure a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Contribute to building and refining the ventoré hiring process and playbook as we expand into new geographies and offerings.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with recruitment and internal tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, Calendly, etc).
  • Previous experience in executive search or internal recruitment for a fast-growing startup.

  • You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a "sixth sense" for identifying talent beyond what’s on a resume.
  • You don\'t just take orders; you consult with hiring managers, challenge their assumptions when necessary, and guide them toward the best hiring decisions.
  • You love a clean system and believe that a structured, data-driven process leads to better hires.
  • You handle sensitive information with discretion and treat every candidate with the respect they deserve.
Work Eligibility & Location

This role is a remote role and the appointment will be made on an independent contractor basis.
