The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 4 years of developmental childcare experience, with first aid/CPR, a valid driver's license, and English fluency (Afrikaans/Xhosa a plus).

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating and leading educational activities for young children.
• Excellent knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones from infancy through early childhood.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing family needs and schedules.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• A clean criminal record and valid reference checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
