Job summary

A leading South African company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration. Responsibilities include managing payroll staff, resolving issues, and driving process improvements. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Centurion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in payroll administration and processing at a junior management level.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accuracy.
• Compile and submit payroll data for annual increases and bonuses.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
