Well establish company are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll HR Administrator to join their team.

Requirements :
  • Matric certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).
Knowledge :
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR practices.
Responsibilities : Payroll Management :
  • Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.
HR Administration :
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
  • Support performance management and training processes.
Compliance and Labor Law :
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with South African labor laws.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
Employee Relations :
  • Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support management with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
HR Reporting :
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
