We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Clerk with 7+ years of SAP payroll experience to support our payroll operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely salary payments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly employee payments and wage deductions.
  • Capture and verify hours worked.
  • Audit payroll data and make necessary adjustments.
  • Upload bank files and distribute payslips.
  • Resolve payroll queries promptly.
  • Handle payments for labour companies and staff loans.
  • Familiarity with Spinifex reporting tools.
  • Respond to general payroll‑related inquiries.
Qualifications
  • 7–8 years of payroll experience with SAP.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll system.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
