The role involves maintaining HR databases, processing payroll, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications

  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and leave records.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Payroll team.
  • Handle employee payroll and HR queries promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Capture and verify timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll data and records.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Payroll team.
  • Handle employee payroll and HR queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with wage administration
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Capture and verify timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll data, employee files, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports.
  • Assist in the cash office when needed
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Experience with wage administration
  • Experience using payroll systems – SAGE 300 or VIP Payroll
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
