Reports to : Payroll administrator
Location : Airport IndustriaÂ
Function : To assist the Payroll administrator with various payroll functions, processing of payroll and payroll tasks and coordination.
Immediately to 30th November 2025
Minimum Required Experience :
- 3 â 5 yearsâ relevant experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of any and all payroll related procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft packages essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and payroll software (VIP Premier)
- Knowledge and experience on biometric systems
- Knowledge and experience iro WCA / Coida claims & website
- Knowledge and experience iro UIF processes etc

Key Responsibilities :
- Full payroll function on VIP Premier (monthly & hourly paid employees)
- Termination of employees on VIP and completing all withdrawal forms iro pension & provident funds
- Completing and submitting all UI19 forms (any and all claims)
- Dealing will all UI19 queries
- Importing & exporting hours and reports from the T & A System (biometric)
- Creating shifts etc on T & A systems
- Assist and guide external restaurants with the T & A System to ensure that the system works correctly and are setup correctly
- Validating all documentation iro foreign employees (work permits / passports etc)
- Completing and submitting all new applications iro medical aid / pension fund & provident fund
- Completing and submitting all accident reports iro WCA / Coida claims on the eCoida website
- Following up on above claims
- Reconciling any and all month end reports
- Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
- Assist with monthly reports
- Maintain digital and physical payroll records
- Assist with annual audits
- Liaising with the Department of Labour and WCA
- General ad-hoc duties
