Job summary

A leading payroll management company in South Africa is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and oversee payroll processes using Sage People. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience as payroll administrator on Sage People.
  • Experience on weekly & monthly payrolls for shift working employees.
  • Experience with MERSETA submissions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing weekly and monthly hours on Sage People.
  • Calculating and monitoring overtime per department.
  • Submissions of accurate month end reports from Sage People.
