A leading financial institution in Pretoria seeks an experienced Administrator Payroll responsible for accurately processing salary-related information and managing payroll functions using the SAGE People Payroll system. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll processing and HR administration, with essential qualifications in Accounting and Maths. Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF equivalent with Accounting and Maths (Essential).
• Post-school Payroll qualification (Desirable).
• 3 years specific SAGE 300 experience on Payroll and/or HR Modules (Essential).
• 2-4 years of core experience in an HR administrative OR Payroll environment (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate and prepare all salary related information for payroll processing.
• Process all salary related information on the SAGE People Payroll system.
• Resolve salary related enquiries from employees and third parties.
• Prepare and reconcile third party payments to the payroll on a monthly basis.
• Reconcile all payroll related general ledger control accounts.
