A corporate shared services company based in Springs is seeking a Payroll Administrator with 8-10 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage payroll for 1500 - 1700 monthly employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments while complying with all regulations. A Matric with Maths and Accounting and relevant payroll qualifications are necessary. Knowledge of JDE and Educos is advantageous.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in Payroll? Do you have 8-10 years experience in processing high-volumes of employees on the system? This could be the opportunity you are waiting for! Corporate Shared Services concern based in Springs has an opening for a well-experienced Payroll Administrator who has processed a payroll of between 1500 - 1700 monthly paid employees on the system.

You will need to have a completed Matric with Maths and Accounting as well as a Payroll or Finance qualification, coupled with 8-10 years Payroll Administration experience. Ensure effective and accurate in-house production and processing of the payroll. Ensure that employees are paid accurately, on time and in compliance with company rules and SARS legislation.

Administer large volume payroll information; check all payroll and leave input captured; compile and check variances and other relevant payroll controls before payroll final; provide direction to Payroll Clerks and BU's of the implementation of new payroll forms and payroll processes; validate dismissals / resignations and verify the final pay-outs; resolve second line enquiries timeously and effectively within the SLA; review and sign-off all interim payments; oversee payroll filing; print and distribute payslips on a weekly and monthly basis; daily checking of input and variance report sign-offs; reconcile payroll data to third party vendors; clear reconciling items via the payroll within 30 ays; compile and distribute comprehensive month-end reports to BU's and more! Knowledge of JDE and Educos highly advantageous.
