Payroll Manager at Grandmark International

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Payroll Manager role based in Germiston. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for accurately processing and verifying payroll data to ensure compliance, data integrity, and adherence to agreed payroll timelines. Key responsibilities include supporting accurate payroll calculations, audit processes, maintaining up‑to‑date employee data and records, managing payroll reconciliations and third‑party payments, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, and resolving payroll‑related queries with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is advantageous

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven payroll processing experience, ideally using Sage 300 People
  • Solid understanding of South African Tax Legislation & Labour Laws
