A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team in Roodepoort. This intermediate-level position offers a hybrid work model of 2 days at home and 3 days at the office. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, payroll certification, and a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a payroll department. Responsibilities include processing payroll and handling client queries, with an emphasis on career development in payroll.

This candidate will work with + weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll; you will not work alone you will work in a team.

This is a supporting function to the Payroll Manager, to become her 2nd if she is off on leave.
Good communication and the ability to deal with difficult clients and payroll queries will be required.
