A leading company in payroll administration is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Durban, South Africa. The role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing and addressing queries from various departments. Ideal candidates will have a Matriculation Certification and 2-3 years of payroll accounting experience. Key responsibilities include managing payroll deadlines and conducting self-audits to maintain accuracy.
Performs tasks/ activities associated with the Payroll and the Human Resources Administration function by executing payroll update, processing, accounting and reporting applications and, attending to the general and/ or personnel administrative procedures and requirements in order to ensure payroll related information is current and accurate, employees and personnel service providers are paid the correct salaries/wage against the rate for the job and any queries and information requests from external departments, employees or the Heads of sections is efficiently attended to and resolved.
