Job Function

To plan, organise and process payroll information within the payroll environment in alignment with predefined work objectives

Key Performance Areas

• Full payroll function.
• Full review of payroll.
• Reconciliations of third-party payments.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Be able to link earnings / deductions.
• Create and process batch imports.
• Process of new appointments / terminations / promotions / increases etc.
• Update Employment Equity Information.

Qualifications Required

• Matric.
• Tertiary qualification.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 Years SAGE 300 People experience.
• Good understanding of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry.
• Computer literate (Microsoft applications) – particularly good Excel skills.
• Must be able to work accurately, under pressure and without supervision.
