Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Patient Administration Manager to lead the Patient Administration Department in George, South Africa. The ideal candidate will manage departmental processes, budgets, and staff, requiring at least 5 years of debtors experience and a tertiary qualification related to finance. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years debtors experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Managerial or Supervisory position.
  • Experience in the Patient Administration Management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Patient Administration Department and related processes.
  • Lead and manage the people in the department.
  • Manage and mitigate departmental risks.
  • Control department budgets and finances.

Funder Contracts; Medical aid requirements/narrations
Patient admin programmes on the AS400 system
Relevant aspects of applicable statutory acts
Financial administration
