Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Conduct daily checks of mise-en-place to ensure freshness and quality
  • Maintain proper stock rotation to ensure minimal wastage
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions
  • Keep all work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and well maintained
  • Follow kitchen procedures and adhere to service standards
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
