Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality pastries, desserts and baked goods in line with the lodge's standards.
• Assist the pastry chef in daily kitchen operations including mise en place, production and service.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Support menu development and creative presentation of desserts and baked items.
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail in all pastry and dessert offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management of pastry ingredients.
