What You'll Do
  • Prepare, produce and present high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods.

  • Support the Pastry Sous Chef in daily operations, staff supervision and training.
  • Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation and portion control across all service periods.
  • Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in line with the hotel's quality systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, rotation and requisitions using FIFO procedures.
  • Assist with new menu development, tastings and seasonal updates.
What You'll Need
