Job summary

A leading logistics company in Johannesburg is looking for a Warehouse Operative. In this role, you will ensure warehouse standards are met, manage stock effectively, and maintain KPI targets. Ideal candidates will have a Grade 12 education and 1-2 years of warehouse experience, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required. Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded.
• Comply with customer specifications within time and quality standards.
• Ensure safety in warehouse procedures according to SOPs.
• Maintain parts stock and reduce stock loss/damages.
• Accurate stock counts, picking, and binning.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
