Job description

Key Outputs

• Correctly identify the needs of the customer. /Parts Technical
• Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively
• Provide feedback and status updates to the customer
• Actively sell parts to customers – Tele Sales and pick up on leads for potential sale
• Liaise with customers to generate quotes and follow with reason for rejections to be analysed
• Follow up on all parts outstanding and provide/communicate progress to the customer, daily
• Create credit returns in line with the credit return policy
• Maintain all back orders and sales linked to outstanding purchase orders
• Handling of Cash Sales / Credit Card Sales elate to all SAP and CRM transactions / Internal and External customers
• Afterhours/ Standby
• Following up on open quotes

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Minimum Requirements: Grade 12.
• At least 3 years of Sales/ Parts experience
• Relationship building skills.
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
