Are you passionate about motorcycles, gear, and customer service?

Our client is looking for a dynamic Parts Salesman to lead inventory, sales, and customer engagement in a fast-paced dealership environment. If you ride Adventure, Enduro, or MX, this is your playground!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, ordering, binning & stock control
  • Drive parts & accessory sales (walk-ins, workshop, online)
  • Lead & mentor the parts team
  • Build strong customer & workshop relationships
  • Stay current on gear, apparel & lifestyle accessories
  • Liaise with suppliers for pricing, launches & logistics
  • Support motorsport events with gear displays & pop-ups
  • Maintain accurate records & ERP systems
  • Report on sales, stock & performance
What You'll Need
  • Experience in motorcycle parts, gear & accessory sales
  • Retail or dealership sales success
  • Strong leadership & mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication & customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM, POS & stock systems (Automate is a plus)
  • Code B Drivers Licence (Class A is a bonus)
