Job description

We are seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson to join our existing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our motor vehicle parts and accessories to our customers, ensuring accuracy, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of OEM parts, pricing, and stock control within an importer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell parts to our dealer network and customers.
  • Advise customers on parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
  • Process quotations, orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
  • Work closely with our client base to support operational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience in a Parts Sales role within an OEM / Importer.
  • Sound knowledge of motor vehicle parts, systems, and cataloguing processes.
  • Proficiency in OEM parts systems and dealer management software (Evolve).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Valid driver's licence.
