Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with accurate parts identification.
• Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices timeously.
• Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge.
• Manage stock levels and perform bin checks.
• Handle telephonic and email parts enquiries professionally.
• Ensure efficient issuing, receiving, and storing of parts.
• Build strong customer relationships.
