The Role
  • Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models.
  • Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
  • Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts‑related inquiries promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock‑taking procedures.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with parts inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential; full on‑the‑job training will be provided for the right candidate.
