ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Liase with customers
- Customer visits required
- Responsible for invoicing and return of parts
- Receive approved payments form customers / credit check customers with accounts before releasing parts
- Be prepared to work as part of a team and uphold professional service at all times
- Standby duties required
- Understand and work according to parts ordering procedures with the company
- Maintain a thorough and up date knowledge of products
- Use and apply knowledge and personal skill to carry out work allocated
- Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met
- Ensure that all customers and company vehicles and property, including equipment, are handled appropriately, exercising due care and control.
- Maintain the highest level of professional standards when discussing work with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Comply with Health and safety regulations and safe working practices
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring common areas is kept clean and are in order
- Comply with Company policies and procedures including the completion of documents and records

- Good knowledge of truck and bus parts : Scania, MAN, Volvo

- Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable at all times
- Adhere to clocking and hours of work procedures
- Be responsible for equipment allocated to you
- Promote and sustain a non racial, non aggressive work environment
