Partnerships Manager
Johannesburg, South Africa | Full-time

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow and strengthen Sourcefin’s affiliate network.

At Sourcefin, we make purchase order funding and invoice discounting easy for South Africa’s forgotten SMMEs. In this role, you’ll conceptualise and drive our affiliate strategy building relationships, onboarding new partners, and growing the network to deliver lead supply. You’ll manage end-to-end affiliate relationships, from negotiation and reporting to performance optimisation, while ensuring maximum conversion and alignment with our broader business goals.

What you’ll do
  • Conceptualise, own, and drive the affiliate network strategy to establish new partnerships.

  • Onboard, retain, and grow affiliates to supply leads.

  • Conduct meetings with existing and prospective affiliates (virtually and in-person).

  • Guide affiliates through Sourcefin’s solutions and opportunities.

  • Introduce new products and ventures to affiliates.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth processes and maximum conversion.

  • Negotiate deals and structure affiliate agreements.

  • Facilitate contracts and payments, ensuring timeliness.

  • Set up and share affiliate performance reports.

  • Generate insights for management and recommend improvements.

  • Drive partnerships communication strategy.

  • Achieve revenue and affiliate targets.

  • Represent Sourcefin at networking events.
