The Role

This isn’t a partnerships role. It’s a movement.

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager who’s scaled fintechs in the UK before, understands the payments landscape inside out, and knows how to turn strategy into growth.

You’ll be responsible for forming partnerships that fuel NRTH’s growth engine. Accountancy firms, recruitment platforms, SaaS providers, marketplaces. You’ll know how to identify them, close them, and turn them into long term revenue streams.

You’ll be the face of NRTH’s expansion, helping us shape how businesses in the UK move money, manage cash flow, and grow with confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Build strategic partnerships with businesses that touch payments, invoices, payroll, or suppliers
  • Develop growth strategies that scale adoption across the UK market
  • Lead outbound partnership campaigns and drive lead generation through networks, events, and ecosystem plays
  • Collaborate with founders on go to market plans and positioningIdentify and negotiate commercial agreements that expand NRTH’s reach
  • Help define and refine NRTH’s brand presence across fintech, accounting, and business networks

  • Deep understanding of the UK payments ecosystem (Direct Debit, Open Banking, Bacs, Faster Payments)
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands on hustle

  • A self starter who thrives in fast, ambitious startup environments
