What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identifying, connecting with, and securing partnerships with new TLC partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Handling outbound calls, building relationships, and closing agreements.
  • Researching and sourcing potential partners through various channels.
  • Cold‑calling and engaging new prospects to secure contracts.
  • Following up with previously interested venues to move discussions forward.
  • Clearly communicating TLC’s value proposition to potential partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring strong relationships with all partners.
  • Conducting feasibility research and handling product requests.
  • Organising daily tasks effectively to meet targets.
Who We’re Looking For
  • You have experience in sales, relationship‑building, and negotiation, with a strong ability to engage others and drive results.
  • Skilled in fostering partnerships and securing agreements.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to assess potential partners.
  • Sales experience, ideally in telesales or media sales, with a focus on meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
  • Self‑driven and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Organised and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and confident in your ability to connect with people and contribute to business growth.
