Overview

Job title: Partnerships Campaign Manager – iGaming & Sports Betting. Job location: Johannesburg, South Africa. Deadline: December 01, 2025.

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

  • This role is to build and manage partnerships with major players—from Telcos and retailers to media groups—designing and executing campaigns that drive acquisitions and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
  • Onboard new partners and manage commercial relationships.
  • Build campaign calendars and ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with creative, CX, legal, and fraud teams to deliver flawless campaigns.
  • Develop and run marketing strategies that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, deposits, ROI) and optimise campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and maximise partner ROI.
  • Analyse competitor promotions and align strategies with in-country teams.
  • Drive innovation through new activations and campaign channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience in sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Strong sales and marketing background with proven campaign delivery.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sports, with football expertise highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage strategic and operational relationships across multiple markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and target-driven mindset.
